The Seamoss flakes inside our Capsules begin with our amazing Seamoss which is thoroughly cleaned, naturally sundried and carefully chopped and crushed into flakes. THEY CONTAIN NO ADDITIVES OR FILLERS
Two Capsules daily is the perfect serving of seamoss to receive the wonderful benefits of the 92+minerals in each capsule, may help boost your immune system quick and easily. Take them on the go when you don’t have time to prepare fresh seamoss, these Capsules are a great alternative.
All Raw Seamoss must be soaked and cleaned prior to use. Gold seamoss must be soaked for a minimum of 2 hours in room temperature water, but no longer than 24 hours. Purple and green seamoss needs to be soaked for at least 12 hours but no more than 48 hours. Every few hours rinse and soak in clean water until your soaking process is done. If you prefer to use limes in your soaking water it does help the process with green and purple seamoss!
