We offer the following shipping services

●USPS PRIORITY, COST $12.50 This is the recommended shipping option for all perishable items, if you select this option during checkout your perishable items will be shipped on the first Monday to follow after your order has been placed however if a Fedreral Holiday falls on a Monday your order will ship Tuesday. All perishable orders received on Sunday's after 12pm noon will NOT ship next day, they will ship the following Monday. If you select USPS PRIORITY shipping for dry non perishable items they will ship within 2-3 days.

●USPS GROUND SHIPPING (DRY, NON PERISHABLE ITEMS ONLY) COST $8.50 this option is for purchases of dry non-perishable items up to 1 lb and Capsules up to 3 bottles and any of our dry organic items.

If you are concerned with perishable items being shipped due to hot weather or unexpected delays within the USPS , we strongly recommend that you purchase our dry seamoss products. Follow our Instagram Page for tips, videos and instructions on preparing raw seamoss or simply contact us we are more than happy to help!

Once your order has shipped you will receive an email with your tracking number, please track daily so that you can promptly retrieve your item(s) and properly store them (refrigerate/freeze). The sooner your items are stored properly the longer shelf life they will have!

Your products will be shipped with non-toxic food safe dry ice packs (when necessary), all gel products are packed in Glass Mason Jars and/or Plastic Jars with air tight lids that keep your products fresh longer.

Once you receive your items please refrigerate or freeze immediately, this will help maintain freshness. When using products always scoop with a clean, dry spoon each time. Be sure to tighten the lid on your jars and seal containers properly. If you purchase items in resealable pouches or Mousse Pop’s it is highly recommended that those items are to be stored in the freezer to help maintaining freshness!!
